Vendor Check-In

Hours of event: 8 am – 2 pm—Vendor check-in begins at 5 am.

We are working with the Greenwood PD to keep Big Saturday safe and running smoothly… Please help us out by following all instructions and, take your time so that we can all have a fantastic Big Saturday!

  • On the day of the event you will enter from Route 13 onto Governors Avenue, only. Go to the designated check-in area located at Governors and Addix.
  • Show your PASS and you will be directed to your space, please follow instructions and drive slowly.
  • All Vendors must be set-up and ready to go by 8 am. You may arrive as early as 5 am but please, DO NOT setup prior to checking in.
  • Vendor spaces are APPROXIMATELY 15’ X 20’ and vehicles are part of your spot. If you have a trailer, it will count as two spots and you must purchase these spots BEFORE Big Saturday—if you have not done so, you will be asked to remove your trailer.
  • Notice to those assigned to the front parking lot of the Greenwood Library (The PINK LOT): Due to the limited space available in front of the library, vendors in this lot will have a space of APPROXIMATELY 10’ X 10’ and vehicles must be removed from the lot immediately after set up, and no later than 8 am.
  • Due to heavy pedestrian traffic and street closings, you are asked to remain in your spot until 1 pm.
  • Spaces are to be kept neat and clean and aisles must be kept open. All trash is to be removed by the vendor. You may use the trash barrels placed around the event area.
  • Just a reminder…
    • No “live animal” or pet sales are permitted at the Big Saturday Event. Only pre-registered rescue groups will be allowed at the event. If you are found selling live animals, you will be asked to leave and you will not receive a refund.
    • No food or drinks may be sold or given away if you are not a pre-approved Food Vendor. If you are found selling or giving away food or drinks, you will be asked to leave and you will not receive a refund. We thank you for cooperation and understanding.
